Golden Gate Fields
Golden Gate Fields, located just west of Berkeley San Francisco, commenced its inaugural meet on February 1, 1941.
Golden Gate features live racing from November to March and June through August each year. The track is home to several major races, including the San Francisco Breeders Cup Mile and the Golden Gate Handicap.
Golden Gate Fields Track Information
Golden Gate Fields has two main tracks a one Mile, oval and a seven-furlong turf course. Golden Gates racing dates are January to March; November to December, Wednesday through Sunday.
